Looking for ideas to ramp up your day look for a festive nighttime affair? Here’s one idea for a bright, fun eye in turquoise and teal.
I started with a neutral eye for day, simply applying eyeshadow primer, and then lined my top and top and bottom lash lines with a deep teal blue-green pencil liner. I set the liner with a coordinating deep, matte teal green loose pigment shadow, and dusted the top part of my lid with translucent powder.
Then to jazz things up for after-work festivities, I added a medium-tone matte gray loose pigment into the crease, and swiped a deep, brilliant matte turquoise pigment onto the lid.
The beauty of loose shadows is that they are well-pigmented, but soft, buildable and come in about a zillion beautiful shades. So you could definitely still use these colors for daytime with a light application, and then build the drama to your desired level for night and weekend fun!
Here’s a tutorial so you can follow along with the transition from day to night!
Thanks for dropping in! Hope to see you again soon.
Wishing you a luminous day! Jessi
